Iaki Conference & Spa Hotel

We spent 3 days in hotel IAKI. Very nice and elegant hotel, the room are perfect. Good breakfast. Private beach and a nice pool.

I spent two wonderful days in this hotel with my wife. I chose a package called "Perfect gettaway" which included dinner, breakfast and access to the spa and pools. Relaxing atmosphere and super positive energy. Super nice staff, professional, friendly and at the disposal of the customers. Tasty and presentable food. Large and very clean rooms. Spa area of 10. we will definitely come back!

i gave 5 stars because I had such an incredible experience. Sometimes people give this rating even when the hotel itself has 4 stars. The hospitality is truly exceptional. I stayed for 2 nights and my experience at the spa was absolutely extraordinary. The massage therapists, Felicia, Claudiu, and Mihaela, worked wonders and made me feel like a completely new person. They are incredibly empathetic and professional. The dining experience was equally amazing—highly recommend the carbonara pasta, and the service was incredibly efficient. I felt truly pampered throughout my stay and can't wait to return to this seaside gem, where the excellent service makes you feel like your time in Romania was well worth it. The hotel is continuously improving, and even though I happened to visit during some renovation works, which were communicated beforehand at reception, I didn't experience any discomfort at all. A solid 10 for everyone from staff and for the little cat from Spa❤️

Finally, the management of this nice hotel decided to do a reno - very good idea! Nicer rooms, newer furniture, excellent. People are nice, staff is well prepared to keep customers happy. For persons which love to be close to sea, this hotel is a very good choice.

A few days spent here with the family. A quiet hotel perfect for families or people looking for a little peace and quiet The outdoor parking is a bit undersized but solvable Fast front desk service. A clean and well-kept hotel both outside and inside. -Instead, a better organized waiting area wouldn't hurt. Food: breakfast is varied and enough for all tastes lunch the same nothing negative to comment on. -The food placement is quite difficult to access especially when everyone is crowding in to eat. It is difficult for both tourists and employees who have to refill with food. The outdoor playground is very well thought out so the children have something to do while parents can eat in peace, as a suggestion, more toys for children to extend the stay at the restaurant :)). Pool area: 2 pools, one heated for children and one separate for adults, which is very good so as not to disturb each other. Clean, safe, well organized with enough sun loungers. The hotel also has a SPA area which I didn't manage to get to because I didn't need it. The private beach is large enough and clean, it would require a little 'upgrade' and the beach bar is quite 'dry' but that's just a personal opinion. Instead, as a hotel, I would prohibit leaving towels on sun loungers to "reserve" the spot, and even not sitting on sun loungers all day. I highly recommend this hotel if you are with children and are looking for peace, cleanliness and comfort. I will most definitely return to this hotel.

Pleasant atmosphere, excellent positioning. A special environment for spending or relaxing holidays. Cleanliness, high-level amenities. The restaurant has a sufficient offer and a great breakfast. You should try a stay here because it's worth it and gives you the peace and quiet you need for a vacation.
